I chose St John’s Chambers because I wanted to be part of a quality set outside of London. Bristol has so much to offer, and the prospect of working all over the south west was very appealing. St John’s impressed me at interview with their emphasis on flexible working and the friendly atmosphere was immediately apparent. I was also excited by the excellent work in the range of areas I was interested in and their willingness to let me explore my own interests rather than forcing me to specialise from the very start.
